If a defect arises during normal use, your product may be repaired or replaced at Viking Log Furniture’s discretion. The customer is responsible for any transportation costs to and from Viking Log Furniture’s facility.

Finish Care: Dust with lemon oil and a soft cotton cloth. Avoid products containing silicone or solvents such as nail polish remover.

Bolt Connections: Wood naturally expands and contracts with changes in humidity. Tighten bolts periodically as needed, and keep furniture away from direct heat sources to prevent cracking or drying.
