SHIPPING & LEAD TIME 

  • Freight Shipping (Curbside Delivery): Delivered via large semi-truck to the end of the truck only. Interior delivery or placement inside your home is not included.

  • Inspection Required: Please inspect all items carefully upon arrival before signing for delivery. Note any damage on the delivery ticket and take photos if needed.

  • Professional Installation Recommended: For billiard tables, we recommend using a professional installer to ensure precise assembly and leveling.

  • Lead Time: Each piece is made to order and typically ships within 4–8 weeks.

 

VIKING LOG WARRANTY 

Viking Log Furniture provides the original purchaser with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, beginning on the date of purchase. If a defect arises during normal use, your product may be repaired or replaced at Viking Log Furniture’s discretion. The customer is responsible for any transportation costs to and from Viking Log Furniture’s facility.

 

Finish Care: Dust with lemon oil and a soft cotton cloth. Avoid products containing silicone or solvents such as nail polish remover.

 

Bolt Connections: Wood naturally expands and contracts with changes in humidity. Tighten bolts periodically as needed, and keep furniture away from direct heat sources to prevent cracking or drying.

 

Viking Log Furniture reserves the right to refuse service if the product is excessively dirty, modified, or damaged through misuse or abuse. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.
